Issue Management.  Issue management focuses on understanding the nuances of the topic, identifying the ideal target market, designing the appropriate outreach efforts, and monitoring the response of the target market and recipients overall to look for spillover.  Issue management also includes identifying and nurturing collaborative ventures between issue related stakeholders (includes facilitating and/or negotiations.)  We integrate many of our other services, such as surveying and data analysis, to help determine the best course for our clients.

DATABASE DESIGN

A database is more than tables with rows and columns of data. A database is an information storage system that, when constructed properly, allows users to gain insights about their data beyond the basic numbers.
We believe that a database must be user friendly, intuitive, and be able to anticipate a user's needs. While this sounds simple in theory, it is rarely practiced. Anyone who has tried to navigate a poorly organized data system understands the importance of these principles.

EVALUATION

Simply put, evaluation is a way to determine whether or not your program works and why. HEG conducts objectives based and outcomes based evaluations for clients. GRANT WRITING/REVIEW

Grant writing is a valuable skill. HEG's core mission is to help organizations obtain and maintain funding. Grants are an essential part of this work. We offer three grant related services: training on writing grants, reviewing grants before submission, and writing grants.
